This is the best Portobello mushroom stroganoff recipe you’ll ever make! It’s is vegan, gluten free and dairy free!
We both were diagnosed with autoimmune connective tissue disease -Lupus and Rheumatoid arthritis so we try not to eat wheat / gluten, dairy, meat or sugar as they can cause inflammation.
ALL the ingredients are Organic including the spices, the gravy is made with organic vegetable broth and gluten free flour. It is dairy free, we use coconut cream in place of sour cream.
The stroganoff is vegan but the gluten free quinoa noodles are not as an organic egg was used to make the gluten free quinoa pasta.
If you are vegan you can skip the noodles and cook up some organic brown rice and serve the Portobello stroganoff over the brown rice!
